Primrose Pandas are Respectful, Responsible and Safe |
Dear Primrose Families, On Tuesday we celebrated World Down Syndrome Day with an assembly and a 3-2-1 dance party. The students learned more about Down Syndrome and how to be inclusive and kind. Thanks so much to our parents Mrs Coleman and Mrs Scungio for coming to present for our school. I’ve Gotta Feelin’ the students and staff learned quite a lot from this assembly and am especially happy to hear them talking about it throughout the week. To celebrate our learning throughout the second trimester the students in Kindergarten through grade three came together in a town meeting to share what they are proud of working on with their classes. I have included photos of the assemblies below for you to get a hint of the enjoyment of both gatherings. Best, Coleen Smith |
